Traditional food delivery platforms assign multiple riders to a single user’s order when items are sourced from nearby vendors. This leads to higher delivery costs, longer wait times, and inefficient logistics.
Design Focus
The design focused on logistics-aware ordering flows, clear order grouping, and transparency around delivery optimization. The interface was designed to support complex routing logic while maintaining a simple, familiar ordering experience for users.
