problem
The original Providus mobile app had several usability issues, including poor visual hierarchy, excessive white space, and unclear prioritization of key actions. Core features like balance visibility lacked privacy controls, while navigation between everyday tasks such as transfers and transaction history felt fragmented. These issues made simple banking actions feel less intuitive than they should be.

Design Focus
The redesign focused on improving visual hierarchy and reducing unnecessary white space to bring clarity to core banking actions. Emphasis was placed on balance visibility with privacy controls, simplified transfer flows, and clearer navigation across frequently used features. The interface was optimized for touch, readability, and quick decision-making.

Outcome
The final design delivers a more structured and intuitive mobile banking experience that makes everyday tasks faster and easier to complete. Key information is easier to access, sensitive data is better protected, and core actions feel more deliberate and confident. The case study highlights strong mobile UX principles, clarity-driven UI decisions, and thoughtful redesign execution.
