Many self-employed individuals struggle with tax compliance due to unclear requirements, poor access to expert guidance, and fragmented documentation processes. Existing solutions are often intimidating, overly technical, or difficult to navigate.
Design Focus
The design focused on clarity, reassurance, and guided decision-making. Complex tax concepts were broken into approachable steps, supported by clear language, visual cues, and structured workflows that reduce anxiety around compliance.
Outcome
The resulting experience delivers a calm, accessible platform that helps users understand their obligations and take action confidently. The project demonstrates thoughtful UX writing, form design, and user-centric flow structuring for regulated financial products.
