Problem

Movies and TV shows are constantly discovered through TikTok, Instagram Reels, X, YouTube Shorts, friends' statuses and more. But these clips rarely include the title, leaving users searching through comments or guessing keywords with little success.

Design Focus

I explored how people naturally discover movies today and designed Cue to identify titles from the content itself. Instead of relying on text search, users can upload a screenshot, short video clip, audio snippet, or memorable quote to instantly identify what they're watching.

Outcome

Designed a multi-input movie discovery experience that helps users identify and save movies from the content they encounter online, making the transition from discovery to watching fast and effortless.
