Problem
DropIN needed a simple way for creators to distribute crypto rewards across different scenarios, from shared links to live events while ensuring the experience remained intuitive for first-time users. As the platform evolved, it also lacked a centralized admin experience for monitoring drops, users, claims, and platform activity.

Design Focus
I focused on simplifying complex reward distribution workflows into clear, intuitive experiences. I designed scalable user flows for creating and claiming drops, structured feature discovery to communicate multiple reward types, and created a lightweight admin dashboard that prioritized visibility, moderation, and operational efficiency without unnecessary complexity.

Outcome
Delivered end-to-end product designs covering the marketing website, creator and claimant experiences, detailed admin dashboards, moderation workflows, and responsive layouts. The final designs established a consistent design system and provided a scalable foundation for future DropIN features.
